Bailey Nussbaum

Victim Advocate

My name is Bailey, and I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2022. I first joined Hope House as an intern in November 2022 and quickly realized that serving children and families through this work was exactly where I wanted to be.

I later spent time at the New Orleans Child Advocacy Center as the Human Trafficking Care Coordinator, where I continued to grow my passion for supporting and advocating for vulnerable children. In February 2025, I returned to Hope House and have loved every moment of being back.

As a mother of two young daughters, I have an even deeper appreciation for the mission of Hope House and the work our teamand community partners do every day to support and protect children.
