Madalyn Turner

Prevention Coordinator, Forensic Interviewer & Family Advocate

Madalyn started at Hope House in June 2023. As a forensic interviewer, she works with local law enforcement and DCFS agencies to conduct interviews with children in a neutral and comfortable environment. She also facilitates Hope House's prevention and training program for our community. "The best aspect of my job is being a part in the collective effort to bring justice to child victims of abuse. I have the honor of getting to build a connection with each child and watch as a team of people from different agencies work together on their behalf to bring that child justice and healing. I am proud to be a part of a team that works together in offering a safe place and hope for children," Madalyn says. When not at work, Madalyn enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband and dog, Samwise Gamgee. She also loves playing recreational sports like beach volleyball and ultimate frisbee.
